This segment was charged, altered and reloaded several times, it always starts with 0 shield.

-Confirmed-

The shields and power are not saved when game is reloaded. In my case however the shields were not reset to 0 but they were not at the point I left them at. This could potentially be exploited to attack an unmanned base, you can hit it while its shields are busy loading in.

I'm having this issue for many entities, stations and ships, in multiplayer. Each time, when loaded, shields are set back to zero.
