-Confirmed-
I can confirm that this is happening on 0.19436.
You can't change the name of an asteroid you claimed for your faction using a faction block.

How to Reproduce
I followed the exact steps that the bug author submitted :

  1. Made a faction
  2. Claimed an asteroid, using a faction block and entering my faction's signature.
  3. Renamed the asteroid to "MyAsteroid".
  4. Checked the nav panel, the asteroid still has its default name. Same on the HUD marker. And when trying to rename the asteroid again through the faction module again, the name in the text box is still the asteroid's default name.
