Starmade | Shipyards display incorrect rotational data

Description

Noticed once again on a Server,

Build mode normally displays the rotational characteristics for a ship - how slow it is to roll, pitch, and yaw. However, these values are incorrect in the shipyard.

Reproduction:

  1. Acquire a large shipyard. About 200x200x100 will suffice for best effect. However, smaller ones will do too.
  1. Either spawn a design into the shipyard that is somewhat large, (Large enough to be detrimental to the rotational speeds) Or build a minimalist vessel that is 50 tall, 150 long, 150 wide, or near size.
  1. Note down the ships rotation speeds on the X Y and Z planes from the build mode in shipyard's design, then take the ship out into the test ship sector via shipyard computer
  1. Enter ship, then enter build mode. The values should be noticeably less than what was shown as a design in a shipyard.

Steps to reproduce
  1. make a shipyard
  2. make a small ship, check rotation data in build mode
  3. deconstruct to design that ship in your shipyard
  4. check rotation data in that design, should show you 10.0 10.0 10.0

A shipyard design will never show the correct rotation potential. It will always give you a 10.0 10.0 10.0

Confirmed even with a smaller ship.
