Starmade | Power Consumption does not update properly.

Description

  1. Removing the primary computer of a weapon group does not update ship power consumption; the power consumption of the primary and secondary weapon groups is not subtracted.
  1. Removing the secondary computer of a weapon group does not update ship power consumption; the power consumption of the primary and secondary weapon groups is not subtracted. However, if 3 is subsquently followed for the primary weapon group, the power consumption of the primary weapon group is subtracted.
  1. Removing the weapon blocks of a weapon group does update the ship power consumption; the power consumption due to the weapon blocks in the group is subtracted.
  1. Removing the tertiary computer or weapon blocks of a weapon group does update the ship power consumption; the power consumption due to the tertiary is subtracted.
  1. Restarting the SP world resets the power consumption to it's proper value.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Build any weapon group
  2. Remove a weapon computer, support or main, power consumption will not be altered.
  3. check consumers in the reactor menu and you'll see that specific group is still there.

  1. Removing a weapon computer (of any kind), does not remove it as a consumer.
