Starmade | Support/combination weapons consume extra power

Description

A computer that is used as support, still consumes power as if it is a standalone weapon in addition to being part of the main weapon.

2 more issues/cases that points to it being used as a standalone weapon still for power consumption:

  1. removing the support computer before unlinking it, does not remove its standalone power consumption.
  2. adding more support blocks than main ones, still adds consumption and it's definitely standalone consumption that gets added only.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Make 2 separate cannon groups, each the same amount of linked blocks
  2. Check total consumption
  3. Combine them into one weapon (Cannon + Cannon in this case)

Check total consumption, it should be more than what the 2 separate ones combined would be.

You may need to adjust the config a bit to rule out other factors.
