Description

Beams and missiles (and pulse) do not get stopped by local shields.

The local shields do shield you from possible reactor explosions that may get triggered though.

Steps to reproduce
  1. make local shield
  2. make a dock and put a target on it
  3. make sure the dock is atleast partially protected by the local shield
  4. shoot the dock with beams where it should be shielded

You'll deal hull damage, and shield HP won't decrease.

Tester information (Internal use only)

-QA Testing-

Shield protection against beams does not work for docks within the shield radius.
They protect just fine on the ship where the shield is, but any docks are completely unprotected. The docks are still protected against missiles and cannons though.

Included a test target (set shield power con to 0.0 and up the recharge if needed):

Haven't checked support beams yet, will make new reports for those if they have issues.
