When giving a move fleet command to fast ships, they make no attempt to use any kind of braking when reaching the target sector. I mean, they do stop eventually, but inertia seems to carry them past their target sector. It's seems like they should make some kind of attempt to stop, instead of just floating lazily past their destination.

Steps to reproduce
- Spawn a fast ship.
- Add it to a fleet.
- Give it a move fleet command to specific coordinates.
- Follow the ship in another ship, or align to it, so you can watch it.
- If the ship is fast enough it will reach it's destination, then turn off it's thrusters, and then drift past the target sector because of inertia.
Tester information (Internal use only)
Apparently they should brake now (also if they switch to idle).
This doesn't seem to happen though, the only braking I can see is their auto dampeners.

I tried some stuff out In today's official patch (v0.197.36). The move command still doesn't use any kind of braking when reaching it's destination. But if you interrupt the move order with an idle command, it stops very suddenly, too suddenly.
