What dock type are you using? You say "rail" so is that a rail basic?
If you're using a turret dock, it doesn't work (intended since that would give serious performance issues).
You mentioned "auto pull all" so does that mean you've set down a filter? Without it it won't pull.

It is the translation pack !!!!!
The auto pull list only have english, so when I use a chinese language pack
The block names are in chinese, then the blocks can't be pull.
I notice this with a incomplete language pack, the block with chinese character can't be pull and the english only ones can be pull.
I guess there should be a simple solution for this, let the pull system pull by block ID not block name.
yes it does, it apply to all pull down menu, you can try with any language pack.
I believe all pull down menu have the same problem. eg. replacement block function at adv. build mode

Seems to be working fine now, probably fixed along the way since I remember doing something (or poking someone) about it. Works fine for multiple languages, both in SP and MP.
