Go into a shipyard, and create a new design. Load that design and add a turret axis. Then use the advanced build option to create a docked entity on that axis. Then go to flight mode, then hit the up arrorw key to change to the new entity you just created. Create another turret axis, and again used the advanced build mode to create a new entity. This new entity is not a hologram/project and you can not use creative mode to interact with it.
