How to reproduce:
- place down a storage block and a factory block
- put a filter on the storage block, and a production item for the factory block
- copy paste both and notice that both pasted blocks have forgotten their initial settings.
- also try undo/redo.
Partially fixed/implemented.
It works fine for copying and pasting templates.
It doesn't work if you undo a block removal, those blocks all forget their information.
Place down a storage chest, put a filter on it, remove the block -> press undo -> notice that the chest forgot its filter.
Same goes for undoing for larger build areas.
I could make a separate task about that so we could close this one, please put it on resolved then with a comment mentioning that and I'll do the rest.

Hey folks, I noticed that T2069 was closed as a dupe of this, but in my experience this doesn't work fine for copy paste as lancake says in http://phab.starma.de/T300#41485
It is rather buggy - sometimes a template will work, but a simple place, set production and then copy/paste will fail (for me at least).
