Starmade | physical recoil does not always trigger

Description

I assume the recoil force is supposed to trigger for each fired output but even in small scale examples with a single output and slow fire rate, the physical force to move you back.

Not sure why it sometimes works or doesn't. Could be related to where you're looking at relative to the sector and where you are currently within it.
Thought at first it had something to do with too much force exceeding the maximum velocity, and it refusing to apply the speed then instead of limiting it, but that seems to be not the case or the values are just completely off and it overflows somehow. T1583 is quite similar in that case.

Steps to reproduce
  1. (cannon) Config set to 100 recoil, 10 damage per block and tested with a single block on a 10 mass ship.
  2. end result is 1000 force per shot on a 10 mass ship which should equal to 100 m/sec
  3. in-game, this does not always apply a force, and if it does then it's not 100 m/sec either but more like 1 m/sec
  4. upping the damage/force results in same behavior but higher recoil if it triggers

fixed by activating physical object on recoil
