So weapon systems seem to be broken for ships using the old power configurations. Any weapon systems on ships using the old power system see perpetual reloads. Basically in that the reload timer is going regardless on whether you fired the weapon.
Cannon based weapons seem to be able to fire for a short bursts if you hold the fire button when the reload timer hits 0. Missiles and Beams won't fire at all regardless of the timer.
Tested on a fresh install of v0.200.269 on client and server.
