Description

Long Range Scanners appears to have no effect. Scanning with Long Range Scanners active does not seem to display fleets on the map, remove Fog of War for a system, or create entries in the Navigation Panel's scan history.

  • use scanner in not yet scanned system
  • regardless of active range, it will never add any count to the system scan counter

(old scanner did scan adjacent sectors)
