The entire right side should not display if you don't have any reactor on that entity. It only causes confusion for people that would be new to the game.
(The velocity/speedometer should still be displayed of course.)
Perhaps it could be replaced by a "No reactor online" with no power regen/con bars, values, and instability notifications.
