Starmade | Turrets and docks not inheriting new power recharge

Description

Turrets don't seem to inherit power from what they are docked to with the Power 2.0 DEV version. Tried giving power to the first docked entity (Docked turret that swivels left to right) which still did not give power to the next docked (Which gives turrets the up/down movement). Have to give dock with weapon systems (Especially paired/slaved weapon systems) it's own reactors.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Make an entity with the new power on it
  2. Dock a turret to it that has no power, or still uses the old power.

It will use its old power system instead of inheriting it from the new power reactor.

Tester information (Internal use only)

Docks or turrets, will only inherit the new power if they have any of the new power blocks on themselves. Otherwise they keep using the old power system.

They need to inherit and ignore old power completely as soon as one of the entities in the chain has the new power on it.

Docks or turrets, will only inherit the new power if they have any of the new power blocks on themselves. Otherwise they keep using the old power system.

They need to inherit and ignore old power completely as soon as one of the entities in the chain has the new power on it.
