When firing a Missile-Missile weapon from a station they don't collide with the station blocks and can impact with anything that is inside, killing astronauts or destroying undocked ships that are within the station walls.

1: Create a station with power reactors and a closed room (with a door so you can enter later).
2: Place 2 missile computers with some modules each, outside the room, connecting one of the computers as a secondary to get the heatseeker missiles.
4: Place a button inside the room and connect it to the main missile computer.
5: Press the button in astronaut mode while standing inside the closed room.
6: The missiles will target and kill you, going through the station walls.

Rejecting, not a bug, just the result of a mechanic that prevents your own weapons from hitting the ship it's on. Needs to be changed at some point perhaps, or become a config option.
Without this mechanic, you would always need to make sure there's empty space in front of any weapon which is quite a big design change.
What I had in mind was to prevent the heatseekers to target astronauts that are aligned to the same base/ship the missiles were launched from.
That would solve the issue without making a big design change, at least in gameplay.
Weapons going through the entity they were fired from is not a bug as you say.
But please, consider that weapons targeting astronauts in the same entity may be a bug because when combined with that go-through-entity mechanic, it prevents having any players walking around in a ship that is firing a missile-missile weapon.
