Starmade | Select fire turrets will attempt to fire missiles even if there is not enough power to fire them.

Description

AI on select fire missile turrets will attempt to fire missiles even if there is not enough power capacity to fire them, the missiles will not fire and the ai will contiously attempt to fire them several times a second.

When an entity is selected, the turret will fire missiles until it does not have enough power to fire anymore. Once this happens the turret will never regen as firing missiles seem to pause power regen.

The only workaround is to select an entity then once power is depleted the entity must be unselected until power is regenerated.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a select fire missile turret on a ship
  1. While in the ship, select the entity to shoot at as per normal with select fire turrets
  1. Observe the missiles continuing to fire until they run out of power to fire them again, the AI on the turret will continue to attempt to fire the missiles, power will never regen enough to fire the missiles due to the power generation pause effect that occurs when an attempt to fire a missile weapon occurs.
  1. Unselect the entity and power will then start to regenerate

Looks like a duplicate of T390 although every weapon should be affected by that, not only missiles.
