When using the enter key to confirm the deletion of your core using enter instead of the Ok button on the window that asks you to confirm you want to delete the core will delete/pick up the core but the confirmation window still appears, the window can be closed after this by pressing ok but in some rare (and seemingly random) cases it does not close and required a game restart to fix.

Can't reproduce, as you say it only happens in rare occasions so I have no clue what would trigger this to happen.
Are you sure this only happens when using the keyboard to confirm it instead of pressing OK with your mouse?
Will leave this on feedback for a while in case any of us encounter it and have more information on it.
What I have observed is that when you right click on the core to remove it this confirmation window will show https://gyazo.com/02bed43518d09af644965920bd9b5c36 Pressing enter will cause the core to be removed and added back into your inventory but the menu still stays on the screen until you press ok with your mouse.
However *sometimes* when you press enter to delete the core the window will *NOT* go away even after pressing ok with the mouse, that seems to be random and has no noticable pattern as to when it will occur
When it happens next I will upload a log file to see if it helps, like I said its random
I have been unable to reproduce as of the lastest update, the confirmation window will now dissapear when enter is pressed without needing to close it with the mouse.
Will close it then, if it's this random. When it happens again, poke me somewhere and I'll re-open this task to take another look at it.
