Starmade | Alt Gr and Left Ctrl key are recognized as the same key

Description

The 1st paramater is good and is the LEFT CONTROL key allocated.
The 2nd is wrong it should allocate ALT GR key (so RMENU) instead of LCONTROL too.

PS: I use French standard AZERTY keyboard.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Go keyboard menu
  2. Allocate LCONTROL to a key
  3. Try to allocate ALT GR to another one, it'll still allocate ALT key instead of ALT GR
Tester information (Internal use only)

Alt Gr and Left Control are seen as the same button.
Everything you assign to Left Control or Alt Gr will trigger with both keys.

Both for azerty and qwerty keyboards.
