Description

The jump drive and inhibitor will remain functional with no modules linked

-jump drive still takes power and performs jumps when charged also throws the "no jump dirve modules connected to entry point" warning
-jump inhibitor still takes power and drains jump drives, activates "jump inhibitor detected source:" warning

Steps to reproduce
  1. place jump drive/ inhibitor computer and link to an appropriate module
  2. check the hotbar assignment menu and assign hotbar slots
  3. remove all linked modules but leave the computers (removing the modules from the ship is optional the link to the computer is the important removal)
  4. you should now have a computer showing in the hotbar without any linked modules
  5. activate the computer and it should still perform its function

It's a bunch of weird config values, not a bug or exploit. Not entirely sure what the reasoning was behind it, but in-game mechanics are inconsistent with it so the charge/second for a computer would need to be set to 0 to fix that, or it would need to be changed in the code.

For now I'm rejecting it, I'll re-open it if we decide to not use 0 charge/second for a computer.
