Starmade | Storage does not store contents for reload

Description

Any storage area and storage will be empty after reconnecting to the server or unloading/loading sector. The items get "dropped", you see the stacks next to the inventory but you can't pick them up. Possibly related to T911

Additional info:
Currently only happens with
CARGO_BLEED_AT_OVER_CAPACITY = true
