Starmade | scanners on planets and stations unusable + no logic

Description

According to this news post http://star-made.org/news/starmade-0-8-a-new-universe
it should be possible to use scanners on stations. It is not since your logic does not seem to do anything with scanners and you can't enter a scanner computer (although the game has the "press R to enter" message).
