Blast doors and force fields are cheaper then adv armor blocks however have the same HP and armor % furthermore....
Due to being a door you can open them making the block unhittable by weapons
So if you cover your hull in doors and open them your armor HP can not be damaged meaning you are now 50% less killable all the time regardless of how damaged the ship is.
But it still applies the same 50% protection to system modules making them also near the levels of real armor blocks.
Affect on gameplay: if you exploit this correctly then you are able to make ships where ONLY the structure HP is able to be damaged or reduced by weapon fire so long as you keep the door open and if you have armor blocks behind these doors you get the added protection of normal armor blocks with the undamagable part of the armor HP still there.
Why High? This affects PVP PVE and most parts of combat as simply by exploiting this you are 50% more unkillable then you where before without the possible chance of armor HP being depleted all of this for the low price of making a door which is cheaper then adv armor while still having the same HP and armor %
Doors/forcefields had SHP, when they were open they can't be damaged and cause the SHP to stay above 50% for some ships, can't overheat although the exploit isn't that bad.
Fix: Put the SHP of any blocks that can be opened to 0.
