Description

When trying to place Reactor Power blocks on a ship without any Power (old) blocks while it is docked to a station with Power (old) blocks, the player is given the message:
"This entity has 0 old power blocks and will not allow the new reactor system to be placed down as long as any old power blocks remain."

The new power system cannot be used in combination with the old one, that means you can't dock a new power ship to an old power station without converting it first. What you do here, is the same, but the message you're getting is wrong and confusing.

Putting this in queue so that the message is changed.
