This works, but it's also supposed to lose the lock when scrolling to another hotbar slot. Right now, the lock stays during switching.

Steps to reproduce
- Have 2 missile + beam weapons on your hotbar
- Lock onto a target
- Switch to the other weapon on your hotbar
Target stays locked, it should be reset and start the lock-on process from the beginning again.

The lock also resets with minor mouse movement, even though your target is still well within the lock radius.
If you toggle your zoom, it also resets.
