As of Dev 201.046 and at least as far back as 201.043 the disruptor weapon (cannon-missile) draws no power at all. So even a small fighter can wield a massive array that disintegrates asteroids and planet planets, and sends even large capital ships spinning away at speeds far above the server limits.

Its power consumption config wasn't set to linear='true', causing it to not scale with weapon size. Should be fixed in next version, 0.201.058+
