When an entity is overheating, if the admin command, /entity_reboot is run, it says it is successful, but rather than rebooting the system, it simply resets the overheating timer. Additionally, if the entity was already in the process of rebooting, then it puts it back into overheating mode.

Steps to reproduce
- Overheat an entity by attacking it
- Use the /entity_reboot command while having the overheating ship selected. Note that it just reset the overheat timer.
- Initiate a manual reboot of the system by moving to it and pressing R on the core.
- Use the /entity_reboot command with the entity selected again. You'll notice that instead of rebooting it instantly, the ship goes back into overheat mode.
