Description

(Pre-release) When creating designs from blueprints via a shipyard, the computer gets stuck and most buttons grey out. You cannot do anything with the computer until you reload the world, and it will give a design upon reloading, but when you try to use the design, it states "Cannot Load design! Entity for design not valid in database!" thus making design creation from BP's or Catalog impossible currently.

Steps to reproduce

Just select "Create design from Catalog/Blueprint", and it will infinitely load and bug out.

Serverconfig (server.cfg)
<replace this block with the file content,
