If a radial menu is a final option and doesn't lead to a submenu, such as all the options of the unload/load rails. Releasing the radial menu button with your mouse over any tile, will close the menu and also select that tile. This is useful behavior for many things, but definitely something you don't want with this sub menu.

It should only change setting when you left click the tile, it mustn't close afterwards either as it's possible you need to use at least 2 different tiles (turn on/off active pulling + change permission). This submenu should only close when you release the radial menu button.
