Starmade | segments failing to load after leaving/coming back before sector is unloaded

Description

An issue that happens only if you go back to a sector you just came from, and it hasn't unloaded yet. In case that happens, everything you had loaded before will fail to load now.
Requires you to disconnect/reconnect to get it working again.
