Starmade | Sensor does not detect 0% of storage

Description

The wiki states, that the sensor has a default state of 0%.
But when linked to an empty storage, it doesn't activate the activation module adjacent to it.

Wiki is wrong then, the sensor will only output true as default when something reaches 100%. That could be maximum speed achieved if linked to thrusters, or for chests in this case when they're completely full.

If you want to have it output true on 0% or above (empty storage or more), link the sensor to a single false activation module that does not touch the sensor itself or else you'll get a feedback loop.
