Starmade | Flip flop cant be set to false, NOT-Signal broken

Description

Cant turn flip flop to off state any more
NOT-Signals do not turn on, regardless of inputs.

There is also an issue with C/V links not getting removed properly, so sometimes you send double signals?
In the logs you also get "Failed Activating X blocks" for a ship that is loaded and right next to you.

  • wait for button to reset

NOT does nothing on the first two input cycles

Should have old behavior now. A not block will still not change state when R is used (because it sends TRUE which the not block turns to FALSE). However the not block will now send a FALSE signal when doing so
