Woo boy, this one is a bit of a weird one, and as such I've included several screenshots, config files and a blueprint to illustrate what I'm trying to say more clearly and possibly help to debug the issue.
In essence: I'm experiencing Cargo Space blocks spontaneously connecting or disconnecting from the assigned Storage Block, without any discernible pattern to why. That's... Really all.
The Storage UI, while the bug is occurring (once it occurs, it seems to continue for an undefined length of time), flickers between stating that there is 100 units and the latest de/increase in the actual volume (relating to the number of Cargo Spaces dis/connected since the last update; frequently it will indicate no change between ticks as the change isn't reflected in the rounded display number, but the Cargo Spaces are indeed dis/connecting and can be watched doing so). I'm going to hazard a guess that the flickering isn't a part of the bug itself, merely the update mechanics indicating that the change has occurred, but it does provide a neat little confirmation that the bug is in fact happening.

And just in case, the latest logfile from me testing to make sure it's still occurring while I file this report:
