Starmade | Playershop stocklimits and prices swapped after update

Description

Any existing playershop has swapped prices and stock limits swapped after updating from last release to current version.

Source version: 0.199.253
Target version: 0.199.334

As a result all shops can be bloated by selling over their designated limits,
and also ripped off their money because sell and buy prices get swapped.
