Starmade | Logic Rail Detection on docking doesn't trigger

Description

When docking using the rail docker to a single basic rail that has an adjacent activation module or button, they won't detect the now docked entity on docking and change to true.

Having two rails where the docked entity moves over onto another rail block with adjacent activation modules or buttons will work, and detection via activation module adjacent to the rail docker work, the only one that doesn't is detection on the rail block you initially dock to.

Not fixed, same as before: docking to a rail will not trigger the logic touching it. It only gets detected/triggered when it is moved to that block.
