I test a lot of small anti-personnel with ship cores, While their Ship AHP deplete properly, their structure HP is either displayed as full, or empty when being overheated, even while being damaged. This makes some damage tests a bit harder to do.

Steps to reproduce
- spawn a ship core
- Fire into it with the Astronaut Pistol, or, use a small ship gun to deplete its HP
- Notice the AHP bar depletes as expected, but the SHP bar does not deplete as expected, even though the block shows it getting progressively more and more damaged by the damage texture.

Not a bug, SHP only decreases by block destruction. For the ship core that requires you to "kill" it, you'll fire through it when you've reached that point.
If the block is destroyed, it subtracts its own SHP from the pool + its own SHP * SHP penalty.

Huh, could have sworn at one point in time the SHP of a ship core depleted as you hit the thing... Oh well
