- add a ship to a fleet.
- order it into an unloaded sector.
- wait for ship to arrive in unloaded sector and to be unloaded from memory
- delete ship from the fleet as a member.
when you teleport or enter the sector, the ship will not be there. Attempting to reload the sector into memory will not cause it to appear.

Can't reproduce. I believe what you saw was caused by another issue.
There's a bug where your fleet doesn't appear at the sector where it supposedly should be. It's not a severe issue though since just unloading and loading that sector again should fix it.
If that ship isn't part of the fleet anymore, it makes sense to me that it doesn't appear the 2nd time you load that sector, since it's not part of the fleet anymore.
Pretty sure we had a report about that but can't find it for some reason.
Was the entire fleet missing the 1st time when you also deleted a fleet member?

No feedback, most likely a duplicate of the issue we had before where fleets don't load when they should. They did however re-appear after unloading/loading the sector.
