The key to enter module is R
The key to exit ship is NUMPAD2

The ingame helper/reminder show the key to exit ship instead of the key to enter it.

  1. Keyboard menu
  2. Allocate a key to enter module
  3. Allocate a different one to exit ship
  4. Try to enter ship core by following the HUD's help instruction, you can't.
