Description

Pickup points seem to be defaulting with the logic turned off for them, meaning that you need to turn them on using logic to use them. They should default to on.

Steps to reproduce

Place pickup point on rail
Put a rail docker in range of it, it shouldn't dock.
Send an activation signal to that pickup point, rail docker should dock instantly

Nvm, the orientation of the block is also used to turn it on/off. That's reported in T1310 so merging them.
