Ah yes, seems our wiki page about it now outdated. We updated phabricator a while ago and a lot has changed.
I'll make sure to update it tomorrow.

  • Url and 1st image were updated (also changed a few words).
  • Added a steps to reproduce section too.

The order of things aren't correct though, not entirely sure if my field form is different than for a normal user.
I'll edit that later.
