When a build helper setting is saved, the centre of the (specific type of) helper is locked to the core, with no method of moving it (as far as I know)

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open Advanced build menu and open any helper
  2. Set dimensions and use on ship
  3. Remove helper, go back to adv build menu and re-activate the initial helper

The centre is locked to the core
