Launcher | Non-powers-of-2 memory values should display a java warning message.
Closed, FinishedPublic

Description

Some Java installs require the specified memory amounts to be powers of 2.
Any non-power-of-2 value should display a small message indicating this. as it's a fairly rare issue, the message needn't be large or garish.

The slider's glow should also change color to match the note. Soothing blue when safe, other color when note. Possibly add a dismiss link or launcher option to toggle this behavior off.

The slider is green when set to a power of 2, and uses blueish teal otherwise.

As both colors are "good" colors with green being "better," this helps indicate that powers of 2 are "better" or "safer," but that using custom values isn't inherently dangerous, either. The note I've added below the slider should help confirm this.
