It seems to be impossible to change the e-mail on the registry using the GUI provided.

no difficulties encountered on my attempt

I'm using hotmail and gmail on firefox browser.

Did the person in question try to change emails within the same service as in was it from one gmail account to another gmail account.

My attempt was from hotmail to gmail and then back to hotmail no difficulties encountered.

I assume this was on http://registry.star-made.org/
