The pickup rail, pickup point, and shootout blocks won't be automatically pulled from the advanced factory where they are manufactured to a linked storage block. These blocks need to be removed by hand whereas anything else manufactured by the factory can be successfully pulled to storage with each tick.

- Connect advanced factory block to storage block and connect the same storage block to the same advanced factory block.
- Begin production of either pickup points, pickup rails, or shootout rails.
The factory will pull the materials from storage and the items will be produced. However, the items are never pulled back to storage from the factories.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the advanced factory/storage blocks has no effect and the storage block will not pull these items from the factory regardless of the number of ticks.
All other items seem to pull to storage from the factory without incident.

A chest doesn't automatically pull produced goods out of the factory, you have to set a filter for that in the "Change items to auto pull" button.
I assume you already used that and used "add all" in the past, this would have set all the blocks that existed at that time.
This doesn't include new blocks that were introduced after an update.
-> Clear all pulls and add them again, this time it should include the new blocks.
And I did test this out in-game, it pulls out pickup rails, pickup points and shoot out rails just fine.
