Steps to reproduce

Create and add a motheship (can be a core) to the fleet
Create a simple mining ship with one (!) salve group (support with cannons for better visibility) and add it to a fleet
Dublicate the mining ship several times (the more ships you add the more obvious it is)
Give your fleet an order to mine the sector
Watch all the miners target the same block{F6925}
