Starmade | fleet mining orbit range is too large

Description

Their orbit range is too big, this one is a default salvage module and it doesn't reach its target. This causes it to be stuck too since it doesn't want to orbit before its target block is salvaged.

Doubled the beams range with a beam support and it picked the same orbit range so if this is a fixed range, make sure it's about 100 meters or so instead of the now 200 meters I sometimes see

same problem as them shooting backwards. their reaction to being too far away was to get even further away

-QA Testing-

Seems to be fine for smaller ships, tried out bigger salvage ships and that didn't work well. Takes a while to get in position, and when they go closer to salvage range, they start to spaz out.

Not entirely sure if it's related to this task so I'll just close this one and make a new one.
