  1. Place a faction module on a station or planet
  2. Enter signature
  3. Make it personal
  4. check the "Take system control for function"

Fixed...but there's no vertical room between the "Rename" button and the "Owner" text.
There is however sufficient room between "Owner" and "Permission rank"...Incosistencies and it stands out a bit, so please provide the same-ish vertical room for the "Rename" button and "Owner" text.
