When working with full cargo blocks, we can see that the texture may be rendered 100% transparent at times
For example, the thruster plumes, which are usually quite hard for me to see can be seen as they force the cargo to become transparent
Here we see that looking through the grill texture, we can see that only the 'up' side and less than 4/4 slabs show the cargo full texture
At the same time, the light rods can look fine. Also, empty spaces (that don't have cargo full blocks adjoining the grill texture) will render each 'visible' side correcly
(build mode free of structure internals)
Further we see that when 'inside' a portion of a structure, full adjoining blocks usually have no rendered textures, we see that the full cargo is rendered (and ignores lighting)
And it behaves inverse when inside the cargo, instead of the surrounding blocks
