Personally, this is only an issue because ArmorHpBlockMultiplier is being edited. I don't see this issue ever effecting anyone using the game, unless they're trying to break things. Basically, unless I'm mistaken, 2.15 billion HP would never be hit by a player.

I haven't been able to reproduce this one yet. On my second client I get the message "player123 attempted to take control of shipXYZ which is already controlled by player321" which doesn't let me enter the occupied block. As an admin, I am able to enter the block without the warning, but there is no issue, as stated in the report.

It appears that only the first blueprint (aka the cheapest, since they are sorted by price) is set to enemy usable when "DEFAULT_BLUEPRINT_ENEMY_USE" is false. @schema might be aware of why this was implemented but I'm not sure.

Fixed the startup error. There's still a lot of work to do on Oculus (DK2) support, but this gets it into a somewhat working state. Another issue should be created for further issues, since this is just for the error.
