The docked thrust modules on my main fighter-bomber had dramatically reduced inheritable power when I had updated to v0.19549. Upon entering the docked modules, the thrust was 302.8 per module (908.4 total with three modules). I re-entered the main ship to find that the listed thrust was 66.3 total. From the update news for the thrust update on the webpage it was understood by me that ALL thrust was inherited, and the new update (v0.19549) had said nothing about nerfs or changes.
